Acutrol C 800 mg works by binding to the phosphate in the food you eat to pass it out of your body. Acutrol C 800 mg Tablet can cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, and diarrhoea. You may also have low levels of calcium, folate, and vitamins A, D, E, and K in the blood. If you have any dietary supplements, take these on the advice of your doctor or health care professional.
Use of Acutrol C 800 mg is restricted in people with a known history of allergy to any of the ingredients in this medicine, low blood phosphate levels, and bowel obstruction.
