Rowasa 500 mg sachet is an anti-inflammatory medicine. It is used to treat ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease and other types of inflammatory bowel disease. These help to reduce ulceration, bleeding and painful symptoms and even prevent future flare-ups of the disease. Rowasa 500 mg sachet may also use with other medicines to treat inflammatory bowel disease.

This medicine may cause some common adverse effects including nausea, diarrhoea, stomach pain, headache, itching, flatulence, vomiting, dizziness, joint pain, and muscle pain.
