Acoticyl 150 mg Injection may also be used for the treatment of head and neck cancer. Acoticyl 150 mg Injection works by damaging the genetic material (DNA) of the cancer cells and stops their growth and multiplication.

​Acoticyl 150 mg Injection may cause some adverse effects including nausea, vomiting, anaemia, fatigue, reduced blood platelets, increased liver enzymes, decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), stomatitis (inflammation of the mouth), peripheral sensory neuropathy, and diarrhoea.
