Actinocin 0.5 mg Injection belongs to the class of medications called antibiotics. It is prescribed for the treatment of several types of cancer, including Ewing's sarcoma (soft tissue sarcoma), Wilms' tumour (kidney cancer), childhood rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS), Skin cancer and testicular and uterus cancers in both adult and pediatric patients. Actinocin 0.5 mg Injection can be used alone or in combination with other chemotherapy drugs as determined by the doctor. Actinocin 0.5 mg Injection works by inhibiting the reproduction cells (especially abnormal cells).

Actinocin 0.5 mg Injection may cause some common side effects including nausea, vomiting, mouth ulcers and loss of appetite. If they do not go away or get worse, tell your doctor.
