Introduction of Cipmido 2.5 mg Tablet

Cipmido 2.5 mg Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called Alpha -1 Selective Adrenergic Receptor Agonist. It is used in the treatment of severe dizziness or lightheadedness caused by low blood pressure (hypotension) while standing up suddenly from a sitting or lying position. Cipmido 2.5 mg Tablet works by constricting (narrowing) the blood vessels and increasing blood pressure.

Cipmido 2.5 mg is not recommended if you have severe heart disease, kidney disease, are unable to urinate or adrenal gland tumour or have high blood pressure. Cipmido 2.5 mg Tablet can increase blood pressure even when you are at rest. This medicine should be used only if you have severely low blood pressure that affects your daily life. Cipmido 2.5 mg may not improve your ability to perform daily activities.

The most common side effects of the Cipmido Tablet, include chills, goosebumps, numbness, tingling, or itching (especially in your scalp), headache, dizziness, tired feeling, nausea or increased urination, painful or difficult urination, or sudden urge to urinate. Please consult your doctor if these side effects bother you. It is important to regularly monitor blood pressure while taking this Cipmido 2.5 mg.

Cipmido 2.5 mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. It is better taken during the daytime when the patient performs his daily activities in an upright position.
