• Crizalk 250 mg Capsule is an anticancer medicine containing the active substance crizotinib used to treat patients with a type of lung cancer called locally advanced or metastatic (spread outside lungs or to other parts of the body) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), that is anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive as detected by an IHC/FISH test. Crizalk 250 mg Capsule can be prescribed for the treatment of patients with metastatic (tumour has spread to other parts of the body) NSCLC whose tumours are ROS1-positive.
  
  Crizalk 250 mg Capsule may cause some adverse effects such as nausea, vomiting, oedema (swelling), and diarrhoea are some common side effects of this medicine. It may cause some serious side effects that might occur which need doctor consultation including severe stomach pain, fever, chills, shortness of breath, fast heartbeat, partial or complete loss of vision or changes in bowel habits.
