  ​Durart-R 450 Tablet may cause some common adverse effects such as vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain or distension, dyspepsia, flatulence, headache, tiredness, dizziness, drowsiness, numbness, tingling or pain in hands or feet, loss of strength, difficulty falling asleep. Durart-R 450 Tablet may also cause rare but serious effects like severe rash, which may be accompanied by fever, fatigue, swelling of the face or lymph glands, an increase in eosinophils (type of white blood cells), and effects on the liver, kidney or lung.
