Introduction of Resof-L Tablet

Resof-L Tablet is a combination of antiviral medicine to treat chronic hepatitis C viral infection of the liver in adults and pediatric patients 3 years of age and older. Resof-L Tablet helps your immune system fight the infection and may help your liver recover.

Resof-L Tablet may cause some common side effects such as weakness, headache or tired feeling. If you experience any of these symptoms while taking Resof-L Tablet stop taking the medication, and you should consult your doctor right away.

Before taking Resof-L Tablet talk to your doctor about the potential risks and benefits of taking this medication, as well as any other questions or concerns you may have and also important to let your doctor you have any pre-existing diseases or using any medications, vitamins supplements, herbal medicine you are taking.

Resof-L Tablet should be taken with or without food daily once daily. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions for taking Resof-L Tablet to continue taking the medication as prescribed even if you feel well. Do not stop taking Resof-L or change your dosage without first consulting your doctor.


Uses of Resof-L Tablet

Chronic Hepatitis-C Infection: Resof-L Tablet is used to treat chronic hepatitis C a viral infection of the liver in adults and pediatric patients 3 Years of age and older. The signs and symptoms include bleeding easily, bruising easily, fatigue, poor appetite, yellow discolouration of the skin and eyes (jaundice), dark-coloured urine, itchy skin, etc.

How to Use Resof-L Tablet?

​​​​​Resof-L Tablet may take with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or open the tablet. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose.​

Resof-L Tablet is combined of two antiviral medicines called Velpatasvir and Sofosbuvir. Resof-L Tablet is a combination of two drugs, sofosbuvir and LedipasvirResof-L works by lowering the amount of virus in the body and gradually eliminating it.
