Resof Tablet may cause some common side effects such as fatigue, headache, nausea, insomnia and anaemia. Pruritus, anaemia, asthenia, rash decreased appetite, chills, influenza, pyrexia, diarrhoea, neutropenia, myalgia, irritability, etc. If you experience any of these symptoms while taking Resof Tablet stop taking the medication, and you should consult your doctor right away.
