Stavex LN 30 Tablet is a combination of antiretroviral medicines. It is prescribed to treat HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection. It boosts the immunity to fight against HIV to manage or treat AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome).
Stavex LN 30 Tablet may cause some common adverse effects including headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, fatigue, diarrhoea, and rash. These are usually not serious but tell your doctor if they bother you or do not go away. Rarely, some people may experience a skin reaction or liver damage. Your doctor will closely monitor you for these in the initial period of treatment.
Stavex LN 30 Tablet is not a cure for HIV or AIDS and only helps to decrease the amount of HIV in your body. Stavex LN 30 Tablet helps to lower your risk of getting HIV-related complications and improves your lifespan. It is prescribed in combination with other HIV medicines. Your doctor will recommend the best medicines for you and decide the doses you need. Follow carefully the instructions for all the medicines that you are given. Stavex LN 30 Tablet can be taken with or without food. Taking all these medicines regularly at the correct times greatly increases their effectiveness and reduces the chances of HIV becoming resistant to them. It is important not to miss doses and to keep taking them until your doctor tells you it is safe to stop.
Before taking Stavex LN 30 Tablet, tell your doctor if you have skin problems or liver or kidney disease. How to Use Stavex LN 30 Tablet?

In case you forget to take a dose of Stavex LN 30 Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If you face difficulty in swallowing tablets, you can crush Stavex LN 30 and mix it with a small quantity of food or liquid before consumption.
How Stavex LN 30 Tablet Works?
Stavex LN 30 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Stavudine, lamivudine and nevirapine. They work by inhibiting the reverse transcriptase enzyme from working, which is required by the HIV-infected cells to make new viruses. This effect helps to inhibit viral replication.

Breastfeeding
Use with CautionWomen who are HIV-positive must not breastfeed, because HIV infection can be passed on to the baby in breast milk. A small amount of Stavex LN 30 can also pass with breast milk.
Driving
UnsafeStavex LN 30 may cause dizziness, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating and coordinating, which may affect your ability to drive a vehicle safely. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions and take necessary precautions such as avoiding driving a vehicle or operating heavy machinery if you suffer from the side effects of this Stavex LN 30.
Pregnancy

Alcohol
UnsafeIt is generally not recommended to drink alcohol while taking Stavex LN 30. It may increase the risk of liver damage. it is best to avoid alcohol or limit your alcohol consumption while taking any medication.
Kidney
Use with CautionStavex LN 30 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Reduction of the dosage of Stavex LN 30 is recommended for patients with impaired kidney function. Patients with creatinine clearance of less than 50 mL per min or patients on hemodialysis should not receive Stavex LN 30 Tablet.
Liver
Use with CautionStavex LN 30 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with mild to moderate liver diseases. The reduction in the daily dose of Stavex LN 30 may be necessary for patients with mild to moderate impaired liver disease or liver cirrhosis. Stavex LN 30 Tablet is not recommended for patients with impaired hepatic function because it is a fixed-dose combination that cannot be adjusted.
