Introduction of Velpanat Tablet

Velpanat Tablet is a combination of antiviral medicine to treat chronic hepatitis C viral infection of the liver in adults and pediatric patients 3 years of age and older. Velpanat Tablet helps your immune system fight the infection and may help your liver recover.

Velpanat may cause some common side effects such as fatigue, headache, nausea, insomnia and anaemia. Pruritus, anaemia, asthenia, rash decreased appetite, chills, influenza, pyrexia, diarrhoea, neutropenia, myalgia, irritability, etc. If you experience any of these symptoms while taking Velpanat Tablet stop taking the medication, and you should consult your doctor right away.

Before taking Velpanat Tablet talk to your doctor about the potential risks and benefits of taking this medication, as well as any other questions or concerns you may have and also important to let your doctor you have any pre-existing diseases or using any medications, vitamins supplements, herbal medicine you are taking.

Velpanat should be taken with or without food daily once daily. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions for taking Velpanat Tablet to continue taking the medication as prescribed even if you feel well. How to Use Velpanat Tablet?

If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose.
