Virocomb N 150 mg/300 mg/200 mg Tablet is a combination of antiretroviral drugs that includes lamivudine, zidovudine and nevirapine. Virocomb N 150 mg/300 mg/200 mg Tablet is used for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection in adults and children over 30kg. It helps in the control of HIV infection and the prevention of the development of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).

Virocomb N 150 mg/300 mg/200 mg Tablet is not a complete cure for HIV infection. Virocomb N 150 mg/300 mg/200 mg Tablet will reduce the progression of a chronic, potentially life-threatening condition known as acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) and other HIV-related conditions. Virocomb N Tablet will work by stopping the replication of the virus in the body.

Virocomb N 150 mg/300 mg/200 mg Tablet containing lamivudine 150 mg, zidovudine 300 mg and nevirapine 200 mg are antiretroviral medicines used in the treatment of HIV. Lamivudine and zidovudine are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs), which stop the activity of reverse transcriptase, an enzyme critical for viral replication. Nevirapine, an NNRTI, also blocks RTI, but by a different mechanism. These three drugs work together to inhibit HIV replication. This slows the progression of the disease and reduces the amount of virus in the blood, known as the viral load.
