Introduction of Zumustin 100 mg Injection

Zumustin 100 mg Injection is an anticancer medicine used for the treatment of various cancers. Zumustin Injection is primarily used in adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, (a cancer of the white blood cells). Additionally Zumustin is used in combination with other anticancer medications to treat a specific type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, (cancer that starts in a type of white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Zumustin Injection injection works by destroying existing cancer cells and impeding the growth of new ones.

The use of Zumustin Injection may result in certain adverse effects, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, heartburn, constipation, stomach pain or swelling, sores or white patches in the mouth, dry mouth, bad taste in the mouth or difficulty tasting food, loss of appetite, weight loss, headache, anxiety, depression, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, back, bone, joint, arm or leg pain, dry skin, sweating, and night sweats. If you experience any of these side effects and they persist or become troublesome, it is recommended to inform your doctor immediately for further advice.

Zumustin Injection should not be used if you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to Zumustin or any of its components. You should inform your doctor if you are using any prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products, Your doctor may need to change the doses of your medications or monitor you carefully for side effects.
