Introduction of Zyceva 100 mg Tablet

Zyceva 100 mg Tablet is an anticancer medicine used to treat certain types of cancer. Zyceva 100 mg is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic cancer.

Zyceva 100 mg Tablet may cause side effects, including nausea, vomiting, fatigue, rash, and weight loss. This medicine may cause severe diarrhoea, drink plenty of fluids or consult with your doctor if it bothers you. It makes you sensitive towards sunlight, hence wear protective clothing or use sunscreen while going out. In case you develop ulceration in the mouth, changes in your vision, or breathing difficulties then it is better to inform the doctor. Your doctor may advise regular monitoring of liver function while you are taking this medicine.

Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you have any pre-existing disease such as liver disease or kidney, lung disease or any other medical complications. Many other medicines interact with this medicine, so make sure to inform your doctor if you taking any prescription medicines or non-prescription medicines, herbal, vitamins, etc. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Pancreatic Cancer: Zyceva 100 mg Tablet is used in a combination with gemcitabine for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. The symptoms of pancreatic cancer can include abdominal pain, jaundice, weight loss, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and fatigue.

Take this medicine on an empty stomach, one hour before food or two hours after food. It is best to take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more or less than directed. If you have trouble swallowing the Zyceva 100 mg, you may crush the tablets and mix the powder with a small amount of water. Drink the mixture immediately. You should take the Zyceva 100 mg Tablet at the same time each day to help you remember to take it. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your next dose at the regular time. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose. Do not stop taking the Zyceva 100 mg Tablet without first consulting your doctor.
