5 Flucel 250 Injection is a cancer drug. It is used alone or in combination with other medicines for the treatment of malignant tumors, particularly of the breast, colon or rectum, and for the treatment of stomach, primary liver, pancreatic, uterine (particularly cervical), ovarian and bladder cancer

5 Flucel 250 Injection may cause some common adverse effects, including infections, increased chance of getting infections and/or delayed wound healing due to low white blood cells, anaemia (reduction in red blood cells), difficulty breathing, irregular heart rhythm, diarrhoea, (loss of appetite), inflammation of the lining of the mouth, throat, intestines, rectum, or anus, hair loss (reversible, especially in women), redness, swelling, or pain in the palms and/or soles of the feet, tiredness, general feeling of being unwell, weakness.

5 Flucel 250 Injection can reduce the number of blood cells in your blood (decrease red blood cells and white blood cells), which can increase susceptibility to infection. You will need regular blood checks to monitor your heart, liver and uric acid.

5 Flucel 250 Injection is not recommended if you are allergic to any of the other ingredients used to make this medicine. 5 Flucel Injection is also not recommended in people with weak immune systems (poor nutrition), bone marrow damage from radiation therapy, serious infections, breastfeeding, and if you have taken riverine, and similar drugs (antivirals) within 4 weeks.  If these conditions exist, consult your doctor before taking this 5 Flucel 250 mg.
