Introduction of Olumiant 2 mg Tablet

Olumiant 2 mg Tablet is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor used to relieve symptoms of pain, stiffness, and swelling in joints and slow down joint damage caused by moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in adults who have not responded to one or more tumour necrosis factor (TNF) antagonist therapies. This Olumiant 2 mg blocks the action of the Janus kinase enzyme and helps slow the progression of bone and joint damage. Olumiant 2 mg Tablet may also use in adults who are hospitalized with COVID-19 requiring oxygen or assistance with breathing.

Olumiant 2 mg Tablet may cause some common side effects such as throat, nose, and chest infections, cold sores, urinary tract infections, and stomach upsets. However, some individuals may experience more severe infections such as shingles, skin infections (cellulitis), and, in rare cases, hepatitis or tuberculosis. If you develop any of these symptoms, you should inform a doctor immediately. If any of these symptoms are severe, you should stop taking Olumiant 2 mg and see your doctor straight away.
