Pneumovax 23 Vaccine is recommended for children and adults at high risk of pneumococcal infections. Pneumovax 23 Vaccine helps the body make its antibodies to protect against these diseases. Pneumovax 23 Vaccine 0.5ml only protects against diseases caused by the thirteen strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae in the vaccine.

Pneumovax 23 Vaccine can cause some side effects, although not everyone experiences them.
