How to Use Rapasim 1 mg Tablet?

Dosage and Duration of Rapasim 1 mg Tablet should be followed as advised by your physician or pharmacist or health care professional. It should be swallowed as a whole tablet/Capsule. Do not chew, Break, or Crush it. Rapasim 1 mg Tablet can be taken With or without meal. One should always practice to stuck their prescribed Dose and try not double the dose even if you miss your regular dose. Avoid using it with alcohol, During pregnancy, and During Lactation as Safety is not established in such patients. No dose adjustment is required in Renal impaired patient and Should be used with caution in patients with Severe liver disease as Dose adjustment may needed in such patients. Please Consult your Health Care provider to avoid any Drug interactions associated with Rapasim 1 mg Tablet.


How Rapasim 1 mg Tablet Works?

Rapasim 1 mg Tablet inhibits T-Cell activation by blocking Calcineurin, required for for transcriptional activation of Interleukin-2 gene in response to T-cell antigen receptor engagement. Finally Interleukin-2 and T-Cell activation get inhibited. It disturbs the signal mechanism of IL-2 receptor and receptors for other cytokines and Growth Factors. It suppresses the Interleukin induced T-Cell proliferation by blocking Signal transduction pathway needed for the Progression of Cytokine stimulated Tcells from G1 into the S phase. Ultimately leads to immunosuppression and prevents the organ rejection chances.
