Zymmune Oral Suspension is not recommended for use in patients with an allergy to cyclosporine or to any of these components. Rheumatoid arthritis patients with abnormal renal function, uncontrolled hypertension, or malignancies should not receive Zymmune 100 mg. Psoriasis patients who are treated with Zymmune 100 mg should not receive concomitant PUVA or UVB therapy, methotrexate or other immunosuppressive agents, coal tar or radiation therapy. patients with abnormal renal function, uncontrolled hypertension, or malignancies should not receive Zymmune Oral Suspension.
