ROSINOX 40MG INJ belongs to the group of medicine called anticoagulants. ROSINOX 40MG INJ is used to prevent and treat harmful blood clots in the body. It is also used in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, which are conditions that involve the formation of blood clots in veins.  

ROSINOX 40MG INJ may cause some common side effects including Injection site redness, rash, pain, swelling or nausea, diarrhoea, anaemia, confusion or pain. These side effects may be temporary and usually, go away on their own. However, if they persist or worsen, consult your doctor also they may cause serious side effects such as unusual bleeding or any bleeding that will not stop, easy bruising, purple or red spots under your skin, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, abnormal vaginal bleeding, blood in your urine or stools.
