Introduction of Ivnex 5 gm Injection

Ivnex 5 gm Injection is classified as an immunosuppressive drug which is prescribed for the treatment of immunoglobulin deficiency and certain inflammatory disorders. It is commonly used for individuals with primary immunodeficiency (present from birth) or secondary immunodeficiency (developed later in life) to treat immunoglobulin deficiency. Ivnex Injection is also used in the treatment of inflammatory disorders such as primary immune thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), Guillain-Barre syndrome (temporary inflammation of the peripheral nerves leading to weakness in the legs and upper limbs), Kawasaki disease (inflammation of the blood vessels in children), chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy or CIDP (long-term inflammation of the peripheral nerves) and multifocal motor neuropathy (progressive weakness in the arms and legs).

Common side effects of Ivnex 5 gm Injection may include swelling or hardening of the injection site, headache, pain in the face, back, arms, legs, joints, or neck, fever, flu-like illness (runny nose and sore throat), blisters in the mouth and throat, and tightness in the throat. These side effects are usually temporary and will usually go away on their own. However, if they persist or get worse it is important to tell your doctor.

Ivnex 5 gm Injection should not be taken if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have a blood clotting disorder. Before taking Ivnex 5 gm Injection it is essential to inform your doctor about recent vaccinations or previous use of this product. Caution should be exercised when using Ivnex 5 gm Injection in individuals with immunoglobulin A (IgA) deficiency, an antibody that protects against infection. Although Ivnex Injection is generally considered safe in children, and pregnant and breastfeeding women, caution should be exercised in the elderly. There is no known interaction between Ivnex 5 gm Injection and alcohol. However, it is important to note that Ivnex 5 gm Injection may cause dizziness, therefore it is recommended that you do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you experience dizziness.
