Introduction of Xarelto 10 mg Tablet

Xarelto 10 mg Tablet is a type of blood thinner, also known as an anticoagulant. It's used to save your blood clots from forming. Doctors often prescribe it to people with certain irregular heartbeats (atrial fibrillation) or those who have had recent hip or knee replacement surgery. It's also used to treat blood clots in the legs (deep vein thrombosis or DVT) and lungs (pulmonary embolism or PE), as well as to prevent future clots. In children, Xarelto 10 mg Tablet helps prevent blood clots after a specific heart surgery called the Fontan procedure. It works by targeting and inhibiting certain proteins involved in the clotting process.

Xarelto 10 mg Tablet is used alongside aspirin to lower the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other serious heart problems in people with coronary artery disease (which restricts blood flow to the heart) or peripheral artery disease (which restricts blood flow to the legs).

Common side effects include easy bruising and bleeding, such as nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or heavy menstrual periods. If you revel in those symptoms, are looking for scientific interest immediately. Do not use this medication if you have severe liver or kidney issues, are currently bleeding, or are taking other blood thinners. It is also not recommended to breastfeed while using this medicine. Unlike some other anticoagulants, you don't need regular blood tests (PT-INR) while taking this medicine.

Before starting Xarelto 10 mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any bleeding disorders, liver or kidney problems, or other medical conditions. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid this medication as it can increase the risk of bleeding in both the uterus and the placenta.

You can take Xarelto 10 mg Tablet with or without food, or as your doctor advises. For the best results, take it at the same time each day. If you miss a dose, take your next dose at the regular time. Your dosage and treatment duration will depend on your specific condition. It's important not to stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor, as this could increase your risk of bleeding.
